The Conference and the associated Exhibition will be hosted by the Eötvös Lorand University (the oldest Hungarian University) at its new campus in building "A" address: H-1117, Budapest, Pázmány Péter sétány 1. (see map). The venue is equipped with full range of conference facilities ; restaurants and small cafeterias are available at walking distance.

The Conference site is easy to access by public transportation (trams No. 4 or 6 and/or bus No. 212) and it is fully accessible for disabled people.

It is situated in a scenic park on the Danube embankment, enriched by the pleasant atmosphere on the Buda side of the river.
